Bridie’s work lives at the intersection of Chinese medicine, cyclical living and the creative process
Bridie graduated with a BSc (Hons) and Licentiate in Acupuncture in 2016 from the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM), where she trained in both a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element style of Acupuncture. Since then she has worked as an Acupuncturist, exploring her particular interest in women’s cyclical health since 2020. In 2022, Bridie graduated from Red School’s Menstruality Leadership Programme, where she delved further into the psycho-spiritual teachings encoded within the menstrual cycle, deepening an embodied cycle awareness.
Whilst practicing as an acupuncturist and menstrual cycle mentor, Bridie wrote her first book Live Your Nature Through Your Cycle, which she self-published in 2023. Through this process she was inspired to create practical and beautiful everyday cycle resources, working with the illustrator and print designer of her book, Agatha Bainbridge. Her intention for these resources is to support those who menstruate in integrating an empowering menstrual and creative cycle awareness into their busy schedules and lives.
Bridie’s offerings focus on welcoming and connecting to the many parts to our natural and authentic process, on bringing love to our inner experience (and so our outer expression), and on fostering creative collaboration with the wisdom in our nature.
Now, after a decade of developing her clinical practice, Bridie is taking a step back from one-to-one work with patients, to allow space for the more creative and communicative aspects of her work to grow.
